March Blooms in the Garden

The weather this month has been all over the place. Just as the trees were waking up, we were hit with our first measurable snow of the year! The March cold and snow did halt the blooms on the Garden's large weeping cherry tree (near the Prodigal Son statue), but the small cherry tree at the Norman walk (near the South Road entrance to the Garden) is now in bloom.  The bulbs in the upper border are now blooming, and the corydalis in the Pinnacle Garden are popping up. Here are a few photos from March 27th - courtesy of the Bishop's Garden Gardener.
