You Should Know

All Hallows Guild has sponsored this popular two-day festival since 1939. Plants, herbs, food, puppet shows, carousel rides, boutiques and entertainment for the whole family are offered on the Cathedral close on Friday and Saturday, the first full weekend in May. Each year one of Washington’s embassies is honored. All proceeds from this event benefit the 59 remarkable acres of gardens and grounds surrounding the Cathedral.

Flower Mart is recognized throughout the metropolitan area as Washington’s favorite spring outdoor family festival.

Our Antique Carousel

This folk treasure, one of the few wooden traveling carousels left in the United States, has been lovingly restored. Each animal is a work of art. Built in the 1890s, it still delights young and old today.
