Fundraising activities, membership dues, plus memorial gifts and donations allow the Guild to preserve and beautify the Close landscape. As Stewards to the gardens, grounds, and woods the Guild has this sacred mission.
Thanks to our generous donors, All Hallows Guild is actively participating in funding repairs to plant material due to the winter snows. The boxwood have been especially hard hit. 60 Buxus 'Green Beauty' have been planted near the Shadow House and Yew Walk and 20 Buxus 'Vardar Valley' have been planted on top of the Lower Border Wall. We would like to do more and you can help.
Memorials, dedications, and gifts of remembrance to the Cathedral’s grounds are recorded in the Book of Remembrance. A person or event may be honored in a lasting way by such a gift. These opportunities are available in the Olmsted Woods and limited areas of the Cathedral Close.
